the product I got was great, but its not the same as the one in the picture. The biggest difference is that it doesn't have pockets on the sides. The product I did get is decent though, heats up in about 5 minutes and overall is comfy. I also never received the winter pack that came with it which really sucks but it was a free addition at least.
Just got it today opened it up and my kids jumped in it with me. Love it so much.
I have no doubt that I & friends will be warm as toast this & future winters curled up on the lounge with my Cozys.
Its soft.. it heats as described. The only reason it didnt get 5 stars was the time from placing the order to filling the order. Almost 2 weeks before it even shipped. It took a week and a half to travel, but the same amount of time to go over to a shelf and grab one, print a label and box it. Make sure your not in a hurry if you want one and you should be happy.

So, good and bad things, but giving high rating cause I feel the bad was out of their control. Starting with the bad, the order took way longer than expected; said ships next day after order, took a week. Then the shipment itself arrived 5 days late, and somehow said "arrives today!" while not even in my country. The good is, everything in my order came in correct condition, unharmed, and delightful. The pillow is great neck support without being a rock, the gloves are cozy (though a smidge tight, would not advise for people with big hands), and the blanket has helped me through a lot of muscle pain already with the heat. My only big critique, I wish y'all had the blanket n' gloves available in more than one color, cause I hate how easily white stains and EVERYTHING is grey these days.
It's still summer here so I really haven't used them yet but I guarantee you we will.
