So, good and bad things, but giving high rating cause I feel the bad was out of their control. Starting with the bad, the order took way longer than expected; said ships next day after order, took a week. Then the shipment itself arrived 5 days late, and somehow said "arrives today!" while not even in my country. The good is, everything in my order came in correct condition, unharmed, and delightful. The pillow is great neck support without being a rock, the gloves are cozy (though a smidge tight, would not advise for people with big hands), and the blanket has helped me through a lot of muscle pain already with the heat. My only big critique, I wish y'all had the blanket n' gloves available in more than one color, cause I hate how easily white stains and EVERYTHING is grey these days.
